1. Laser cutting technology

The basic structure of laser drilling machine includes laser, foreman, cooling system, numerical control equipment and control panel. 3. Laser welding technology

Laser welding is a high-efficiency and precise welding method which uses high energy density laser beam as heat source. The welding parameters and the heat transfer rate of the welding pool, namely the external heat transfer of the workpiece and the heat transfer process of the laser beam, are the main parameters of the welding process.

Laser welding can help us to complete the welding of castings such as equipment. A large number of laser welding makes the weight of the body gradually reduce, and has high quality and safety functions. In addition, it has become the domestic auto body processing skill while using the cooperative sheet metal processing skills.

The mechanism of laser welding is similar to that of laser welding. The transpiration of data and the formation of small holes are observed under the irradiation of high power density laser. The steam filled hole is like a blackbody, absorbing almost all the energy of the incident beam. The equilibrium temperature of cavity reaches 25000 degrees. Heat is transferred from the outer wall of the high temperature cavity, which melts the metal around the cavity.
