Cold rolled steel plate (SPCC), hot rolled steel plate (SHCC), galvanized steel plate (SECC, SGCC), copper (Cu), copper, bare copper, beryllium copper, aluminum alloy plate (6061, 6063, carbon tool steel, etc.), aluminum alloy profile, stainless steel plate (mirror glass, metal drawing surface, grinding) are all raw materials for precision sheet metal processing. According to the different functions and raw materials of the products, the main use and cost of the products should be considered.

SPCC is cold rolled steel plate, with the emphasis on electroplating process and spray painted parts, which is low cost and easy to form, and the thickness of raw materials is less than 3.2mm. The raw material t ≥ 3.0mm of hot rolled steel plate SHCC is electroplated, spraying parts, which is low cost, but difficult to form. Tablet parts are used as the key.

Galvanized steel plate SECC, State Grid Corporation. SECC electrolytic plate is divided into n material and P material. The key parts of N material are not treated by metal surface, which increases the cost. P material is used for parts painting. Copper: the key conductive material, its metal surface treatment is nickel plating, electroplating, or not solved, cost increases.

Aluminum alloy plate: generally, surface chromate (j11-a), air oxidation (conductive air oxidation, organic chemical air oxidation) are generally used, and the cost increases, including nickel / silver plating and nickel plating. Aluminum alloy profile: section structure analysis material, mostly used in various plug boxes. The metal surface treatment is the same as that of aluminum alloy plate. Stainless steel plate: the key use does not need all metal surface treatment, cost increases.
